Partner organizations agree that all received items will be distributed directly to individuals and communities in need and will not be resold, diverted, or used for private commercial gain.

6. Partner Responsibilities

Submitting organizations agree to:

• Ensure proper coordination for distribution logistics

• Facilitate an organized, safe, and community-centered distribution environment

7. Approval and Discretion

Braveheart Sun Dance (a 501(c)(3) public charity) reserves the right to approve, decline, prioritize, or modify any request at its sole discretion based on operational capacity, alignment, and impact considerations.

8. Liability and Execution Conditions

All distribution activities are coordinated efforts involving multiple parties. Final execution timelines, delivery schedules, and operational details are subject to change based on transportation, availability, weather, and other logistical factors.
